The Non-Trivial Research Programs support exceptional young researchers who want to tackle important global problems. Through this program, participants join a community of ambitious builders and receive the mentorship, funding, and support needed to create substantial real-world impact.

Non-Trivial offers three progressive research tracks designed to help young researchers grow from beginners to independent researchers:
Foundations Track
- 4-week intensive training perfect for beginners
- Light 5 hrs/week commitment
- Expert mentorship from field leaders
- Build foundational research skills
Fellowship Track
- $2,000 non-dilutive grant to kickstart research
- 8-week guided research experience
- Manageable 10 hrs/week commitment
- Direct mentor support throughout
Scholars Track
- $10,000 non-dilutive grant for ambitious projects
- 12-week independent research opportunity
- Flexible 10 hrs/week commitment
- Advanced project development support

Interested researchers can apply through a simple two-stage process:
Stage 1: Initial Application
